Chef Tiffany’s culinary journey is as diverse as it is impressive. From running a restaurant and organizing events for the Food Channel and Asian Food Network in the Philippines to collaborating with the President of the Philippines on a nationwide event, her experience spans a wide array of culinary fields. She has spent over a decade teaching food chemistry, food safety, and culinary nutrition to undergraduate students at one of the top culinary and hospitality colleges in Manila.

 

As a Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian in the Philippines, and food science enthusiast, Chef Tiffany’s expertise goes beyond education. She has worked as a nutrition consultant and brand ambassador for major food companies, including Alaska Milk Corporation and Royal Friesland Campina. Her passion for food and nutrition research earned her graduate work recognition at an Asia-wide Endocrinology conference. She also regularly appeared as an expert guest on nutrition and culinary topics on CNN Philippines and other networks. 

 

Equally skilled in the kitchen, having honed her skills at two prestigious culinary schools in northern Italy, Chef Tiffany excels in creating everything from delicate French macarons for weddings to custom cakes for “Sweet 16” celebrations.
